A new article by McMaster professor Lisa Kaida and freelance pianist David Chafe has been published in "Work, Employment and Society."

Drs. Kaida and Chafe’s new article “Harmonic Dissonance: Coping with Employment Precarity among Professional Musicians in St John’s, Canada” (published in the June 2020 issue of Work, Employment and Society) examines how professional musicians in a mid-sized city cope with long periods of low pay and employment insecurity.
