Kaida and Singh’s new article “How to Capture Neighborhood Change in Small Cities” (co-authored with Howard Ramos and Rachel McLay) discusses methodological challenges in studying neighbourhood changes in small cities using Charlottetown, PEI as a case study. This study is part of Dr. Ramos’ SSHRC-funded “Perceptions of Change Project” (http://perceptionsofchange.ca).
